The restricted period began with the publication of this ad and will end with the formal approval by OSC of the contractual agreement The NYS Office of Mental Health and Central New York Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of HVAC and Refrigeration Systems and Ancillary Equipment at Central New York Psychiatric Center located at 9005 Old River Rd, Marcy, NY 13403. The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. Please check the Contract Reporter website frequently for updates. Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SVDOB) Participation Goals for this contract have been set at 6% Contract term: 12/01/2024 - 11/30/2029 CONTRACT NOTES: The FACILITY has multiple phased projects planned for the renovation of Building 39 that are being conducted in different timeframes. The complete project phases and timeframes are not entirely available at this time. The tentative project timeframes that are available, are noted in the equipment list, Appendix D, Exhibit B, to indicate when equipment will tentatively begin coverage, or existing equipment is scheduled to be removed. In the event the projects are delayed, and the completion dates are extended, the CONTRACTOR will not be required to perform preventive maintenance services, or invoice for those services, for the new equipment until substantial completion and notification by the FACILITY to begin services. OMH reserves the right to reject any bid, request for assignment, renewal or extension for an entity that appears on the Prohibited Entities List prior to the award, assignment, renewal or extension of a contract, and to pursue a responsibility review with respect to any entity that is awarded a contract and appears on the Prohibited Entities list after contract award.
