**As of August 15, 2024 , This project has been awarded to Peachstate Well Drilling & Pump Service, LLC for the contract amount of $20,240.00 per well (up to six [6] wells).** The City of Commerce, GA is soliciting proposals for Test Well Drilling at several sites selected to determine potential for siting permanent Drinking Water Well under a future, seperate bid package The complete proposal package includes this Request for Proposals, Proposal Pricing Sheet, and the Work Specification. Submitted proposals shall follow the guidelines outlined in the proposal package. Factors to be considered in making this award, if awarded, include consideration of both quantitative (cost) and qualitative (non-cost) factors, weighted per the Proposal Requirements document. If awarded, the City expects to proceed with award to the successful bidder within sixty (60) days. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive formalities and technicalities, and to make an award in the best interest of the City. Bidders must comply with all Federal, State and Local Laws. No proposals will be accepted after proposal opening time.
