Construction contract time for the project is: 180 Working days Bidders are cautioned to refer to other sections of the Project Specifications Manual, Drawings, Addenda and other Bid Documents included in the Bid package for further details. All complete Bid Proposal in the hands of the designated official at the time set in this Notice to Bidders shall be considered. All Bids Proposal shall be accompanied by an acceptable Bid Deposit in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Base Bid. Bid Deposit will be verified by the Owner prior to bid certification. Bids without an acceptable Bid Deposit will NOT be considered. Refer to Section A-2 Information to Bidders for complete information. Bidders are are expressly advised to review Section C-3.10 of the General Conditions of the proposed Contract as to the causes which may lead to the disqualification of a bidder and/or the rejection of a bid proposal. Unless all bids are rejected, the Owner agrees to give Notice of Award of Contract to the successful bidder within ninety (90) days of the bid opening. This project consists of constructing sidewalks, curb and gutter, brick pavers, concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, storm drainage, lighting, electrical, trees and irrigation for five (5) blocks in downtown Laredo along Iturbide Street.
