Construction contract time for the project is (180) calendar days. Each proposal and a proposal guaranty must be originals and must be sealed in an envelope plainly marked with the name ofthe project as shown above, and the name and address ofthe Bidder. When submitted by mail, this envelope shall be placed in another envelope addressed as indicated in this Notice to Bidders and shall be marked as a bid for the project above referred.
