Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of the construction of a roundabout at the East Rock Springs Road intersection with Beech Valley Road and Cumberland Road. Included are installation of storm drain system, sidewalk, curb, and a concrete truck apron. Also included is an asphalt overlay of the roadway. Contractor shall fully complete the Work within 365 calendar days from and including the acknowledgement date. Percentage of LSBE Participation Required 20% of Total Award Question Deadline 05/22/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions MUST be submitted to the Department of Purchasing and Contracting in writing via email to jchapital@dekalbcountyga.gov no later than. Questions and requests for interpretation received by the Department of Purchasing and Contracting after this date will not receive a response or be the subject of addenda. No Bid may be revoked or withdrawn until one hundred twenty (120) days after the time set for opening the Bids. The County Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids
