North Star Academy Charter School of Newark Reserves the Rights to Cancel This Procurement, Reject Any and All Bids, and Waive Technical Defects in Documents Submitted in Response to This Request for Proposals. The Project Will Be Bid and Constructed as a Single Prime Lump Sum Contract With Add Alternate Options to Be Added at Owner's Discretion. Bidders Must Submit One Bid Bond in an Amount Equal to 10% of the Proposed Contract Price for the Work to Be Performed at 24 Hazelwood Avenue, but Not to Exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) Per N.j.s.a 18a:18a-24. Bid Proposals for the Above Work Will Be Received From Bidders Registered With the Division of Revenue and Department of Labor, and Classified by the Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction ("Dpmc"): General Contractors With a Dpmc Classification of C006, C008 or C009, or; Other Special Categories as May Be Required and as Set Forth in the Request for Proposals. Estimate: $150,000 the Project Consists of the Following Scope Items: Installing a Double Door for Security Lockdown Capacity. North Star Academy Charter School of Newark Reserves the Rights to Cancel This Procurement, Reject Any and All Bids, and Waive Technical Defects in Documents Submitted in Response to This Request for Proposals.
