Foundation and Erection of the Structure-Phase 1. Idaho County Commissioners are requesting bids for the construction of a covered enclosure for dumpsters located in Elk City - Idaho. The County has already purchased the PEMB structure and are requesting bids for the foundation and erection of the structure. The bids will be accepted in two phases. Bids will be accepted on either one or both phases. If bidding both phases - each phase should be priced separately. Phase 1 will be for excavation - forming and pouring of the concrete foundation and compacted backfill of the foundation and gravel floor as per the foundation plan by DCI Engineering. The concrete floor shown on the plan is NOT included in this Phase. Included in this Phase are providing and placing the structural anchor bolt imbeds as per the PEMB plans and compacted gravel floor to the level of finished floor as shown on the Plans. Phase 2 of the project will be the erection of the PEMB according to the Manufacturer's specifications including placement of all roof and sidewall metal sheeting and trim as per plan. A Public Works license - Bacon-Davis wages - or Payment and Performance Bonds and Bid Bonds are not required for either Phase of this project.
