The Anderson County Government, hereafter referred to as "the County," is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to conduct a comprehensive Fire Protection Study. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of fire protection services across the county's five fire districts and one rescue squad. The purpose of this study is to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure that fire protection services meet the current and future needs of Anderson County residents. Qualified vendors are invited to submit proposals that address the scope of services specified in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The scope of work is designed to achieve the objectives outlined in Section III and satisfy the expectations of the Project Team. The final scope of work will be detailed in collaboration with the selected consultant (hereafter referred to as "The Project Consultant") post-selection. Owner Rights: Anderson county reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal deemed favorable and in the best interest of anderson county. The County reserves the right to modify the selection process based on information provided in the RFP submissions and to reject any and all proposals. Bond Notes: Performance Bond Required A One Hundred Percent (100%) performance or an irrevocable letter of credit in favor of Anderson County Government at a federally insured financial institution in accordance with T.C.A. 12-4- 201.
