Renovation of a residential development in Superior, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,000-square-foot residential development.
Amendment 1 adding site visit available dates. Due date is Not Extended. C- 1 Scope of Contract This project consists of replacing the asphalt shingle roofs of a United States Forest Service (USFS) residential building and its detached garage in Superior, MT. The new roofs should closely match green color shingles on the new Fire Engine Bay roof across the street from the residence. Additionally, minor carpentry repairs are needed along the drip edge of the residential building where a chimney was recently removed, and the repair of an old stove pipe hole in the garage roof.
