The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) Boating Division administers the Federal Clean Vessel Act (CVA) Grant Program in Connecticut. This program provides federally funded grants for qualifying projects that provide boat sewage disposal facilities, both fixed and mobile. Up to 75% of the cost of an approved project may be reimbursed. The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. The Agency reserves the right to reject any and all submissions or cancel this procurement at any time if deemed in the best interest of the State of Connecticut (State).
