The Sunrise Water Authority (Happy Valley, Oregon) is requesting proposals from qualified professional engineering consulting firms with specific expertise in the seismic evaluation and retrofit design of concrete drinking water reservoirs and related transmission pipelines. This work is being conducted under the guidelines of the Oregon Resilience Plan and related hardening of key public infrastructure in anticipation of a major Cascadia Subduction Zone earthquake event. Prospective proposers are solely responsible for checking the website to determine if addenda or clarifications have been issued. Sunrise may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed solicitation requirements and other applicable law and may reject any or all proposals in whole or in part when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of Sunrise, and at no cost to Sunrise. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
