Woodbury City Board of Education, County of Gloucester, State of New Jersey, is seeking bids for the provision of Lawn Care and Grounds Maintenance for the Woodbury City Public School District for the July 1 2024 June 2026 with a third year extension option. Woodbury City Board of Education reserves the right to reject any bids, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A2(s), (t), (x), (y), N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4(a-c), and N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22, and to waive minor informalities or nonmaterial exceptions, that may be in the best interest of the district. Bids are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The district intends to enter into a contract with the successful bidder incorporating all provisions of the bid. By submitting a bid, the bidder agrees to enter into such a contract if they are awarded the bid.
