Renovation of a residential development in Vian, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Description The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties for the complete rehab construction of a speaker home located in Vian, Oklahoma (Delaware County). Contractor shall be expected to mobilize within seven (7) days of issuance of notice to proceed. All questions or requests for interpretation of the bid must be submitted in written format to Cherokee Nation Acquisition Management. Requests maybe e-mailed to georgette-smith@cherokee.org. Requests may also be faxed to (918) 458-4493 or (918) 458-7695, Attention: Georgette Smith. Cherokee Nation reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids.
