This solicitation is to establish a Statewide Contract to furnish Optimal Water Technologies Brand Name Water Treatment Chemicals to the State of Louisiana for a period of 12 months beginning May 1, 2024 or date of award, whichever is later, and ending April 30, 2025. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, the contract may be extended for two additional 12 month periods at the same price, terms and conditions. Total contract time may not exceed 36 months. Please print all attachments in order to ensure all documents related to this solicitation are reviewed prior to bidding. All documents associated with this solicitation should be included in the bidder's submission. Bid Documents Include: Attachment A - Special Terms and Conditions - Pages 1-15 Attachment B - Price Sheet - Pages 1-2 Attachment C - Online Bidding Instructions - Pages 1-10 Descriptive information Bidders proposing an equivalent brand or model should submit with the bid information (such as Illustrations, descriptive literature, technical data) sufficient for state of louisiana to evaluate Quality, suitability, and compliance with the specifications in the solicitation. Failure to submit Descriptive information may cause bid to be rejected. Any change made to a manufacturer's Published specifications submitted for a product shall be verifiable by the manufacturer. If item(s) bid do not Fully comply with specifications (including brand and/or product number), bidder should State in what respect item(s) deviate. Failure to note exceptions on the bid form will not relieve the succesful Bidder(s) from supplying the actual products requested.
