The 2024 Summer Renovations Project includes work at (4) schools- Loge Elementary School, Newburgh Elementary School, Castle North Middle School and Castle High School Loge Elementary School- Replace existing HVAC RTU servicing the pre-school wing with a new HVAC RTU. Newburgh Elementary School- Replace existing HVAC RTU servicing the Administration Office with a new HVAC RTU. Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the form of a certified check or Bid Bond of a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the Bid Amount made payable to the Warrick County School Corporation. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. Question Deadline 05/20/2024 Questions- Per the Instructions to Bidders section in the project Manual, Section 6.2, (5 business days prior to bid date) can be submitted until Wednesday, 05-15 to me via email.
