Reference Number 0000351663 Job Location: Centennial, Colorado Project Description: The project is comprised of the demolition and replacement of approximately 1,800 Linear Feet of fencing within designated areas of the Walnut Hills General Improvement District, located within the City of Centennial, Colorado. The existing fence, to be replaced, is a mix of 6 and 3 Cedar fence. These fences are to be demolished and replaced with Seclusions Composite Fencing by Trex. Work includes, but is limited to, demolition and general construction as well as other work specifically noted in the contract documents. Road, Centennial, CO 80112. Any inquiry received seven (7) or more days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids will be given consideration. Each Bid must be accompanied, in a sealed envelope, separate from the one containing the Bid, by a Bid Bond on an approved form in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Bid price, made payable to the Walnut Hills General Improvement District, which shall be considered as liquidated damages and shall be forfeited to the District if said Bid is accepted and the Bidder fails to execute the Contract within ten (10) calendar days after the Award by the District. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish, as part of the Contract, insurance certificates in the amount specified in the General Conditions, a Performance, Payment, Maintenance and Warranty Bond in an amount equal to one-hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, said bond to be issued by a responsible corporate surety approved by the District.
