Loudoun County Sanitation Authority (DBA Loudoun Water), the Owner, invites qualified service providers to submit sealed Proposals for the aforementioned project. The procurement process and the performance of the Contract shall be governed by the provisions of the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). Loudoun Water reserves the right to review the resume of any additional team member(s) proposed to work on a specific task order and those personnel should be similar or more qualified than the listed key team member(s). It is up to the Offeror to include any other personnel in the proposal than those listed as key team members. However, the Offeror shall demonstrate the need for that additional or specific personnel/role in Tab 4: Value Added and Additional Support. Question Deadline 05/20/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Questions and inquiries are to be submitted in writing and will be accepted from any and all Offerors.
