Renovation of an educational facility in Celina, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Gunter High School:replacement of Walk-in Freezer/refrigerator Combo Any solicitation and subsequent contract for the construction, rehabilitation, alteration, or repair of a facility in excess of $25,000.00 will require a payment bond Any solicitation and subsequent contract for the construction, rehabilitation alteration, or repair of a facility in excess of $100,000.00 will require a performance bond. Gunter ISD desires that the revision of serving lines work be completed as soon as possible, before start of school year 2024/2025. No later than August 9, 2024. The District reserves the right to require higher limits of coverage depending on the size, scope, and nature of a contract. The District also reserves the right to require proof of insurance compliance related to General Liability and Workers Compensation. GUNTER ISD must be named as an additional insured. The Certificate of Insurance shall provide that the insurance company may not cancel or materially alter the insurance until after (30) days written notice has been received by GISD's representative. Question Deadline 05/23/2024 at 2:00 PM CT All questions regarding this RFP, must be submitted via the online to: lrogers@gunterisd.org SCOPE OF WORK A vendor's price proposal on each line item specified -- Receive delivery and stage all units; Delivery of new equipment, parts, items, shelves, etc... at Gunter High School Uncrate and unbox all new products; Remove existing walk-in freezer/refrigerator combo unit at Gunter High School INSTALL NEW walk-in freezer/refrigerator combo unit. ANY OTHER ITEMS THAT ARE NECESSARY FOR THE ABOVE NOTED SCOPE OF WORK NEED TO BE INCLUDED. Validate that all equipment is working properly upon completion of installation; and Remove and dispose of all crates, boxes, packaging materials, and rubbish. Complete all installation Work during normal business hours. Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm; Saturday 8am-5:00pm. Coordinate equipment delivery with Gunter ISD and shall deliver the equipment at a pre-scheduled date and time.
