Site work and new construction of a power facility in East Fayetteville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.

These Specifications cover the design, manufacture, delivery, and installation, in good order, for two (2) prefabricated steel relay control houses, as specified herein, and as required for the operation of the Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC) Substation, and Murray Fork 69 to 25/15KV Substations. The work shall include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies, except materials and equipment to be furnished by others, necessary for the complete fabrication of the prefabricated relay control house including all primary and secondary structural framing members, connecting bolts, covering adjustable louvers, doors, flashing, closures, sealer, insulation, house wiring for outlets, switches, ventilation, light fixtures, electric distribution panels, and other miscellaneous items as shown or called for in the Drawings or Specifications. The building is to be used for the substation relay control house upon their completion. The building shall be completely wired and fully built when delivered. The Bidder will unload the building and place it on the foundation. Any parts removed for shipment shall be reinstalled by the Bidder. The intent of this specification is that the Bidder deliver and install, two (2) fully functional 13'-8" x 30' with 10'-6" high interior control buildings, minus relay control switchboards, batteries, and battery rack, for the following PWC substations FTCC, and Murray Fork 69 to 25/15KV Substations.
