Questions Due Date July 23, 2024 before 3:00 P.M. The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required in the specifications and contract documents, for the following project COMPLETION OF WORK: The Work shall be commenced on the date stated in the City's Full Notice to Proceed. All work to be done under this contract shall be completed within 75 consecutive working days for all base bid work; and, 15 consecutive working days for all the additive alternate work (if awarded) , and if only a portion of the additive alternate work is awarded the allowed additive alternate working days will be prorated based on the dollar amount), beginning on the date stipulated in the written "Notice to Proceed" issued by the City Engineer. The City reserves the right to change the Schedule of Events without prior notice or responsibility to Bidder. It is the Bidder's sole responsibility to check the Citys website on a consistent basis for changes.
