The Town of Gordonsville, Virginia is soliciting proposals for their Town Hall HVAC replacement project. Please take time to carefully read and become familiar with the proposal requirements. Bidders should note that any and all work intended to be subcontracted as part of the bid submittal must be accompanied by background materials and references for proposed subcontractors. The following objective and ultimate goal for this project is four (4) gas furnaces and four (4) air conditioners to replace the following: Up Flow systems: (2) Lennox EL196UH110XV60C CS35-49C ML14XC1-060-233 Horizontal systems: (2) EL196UH1100XV60DC CH35-49C ML14XC1-060-233 Air Performance: SEER 13 EER 11.5 Air Flow 1640 Cooling single stage Replacement or reuse lines 3/8 LL, 7/8 SL Air conditioners 240v, 3 -phase The Town desires to have all work completed by June 30, 2024. All work to be done to the 2021 Virginia Mechanical code. Contractor to hold a valid Virginia Contractor Class A license and provide copy to the Town. Contractor will obtain permits that are needed. Contractor to be SWaM (Small, Women-owned, and Minority-owned Business) certified and registered with the SBSD (Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity.)
