The Project is located in Chesterfield County, west of Route 667 (Otterdale Road), and north of Route 668 (Duval Road). The proposed scope includes the construction of a new 4-lane roadway alignment, connecting Route 668 (Duval Road) to Route 7495 (Wester leigh Parkway). The new alignment will include a bridge over Horsepen Creek. The Project also includes proposed improvements along Duval Road, including widening the roadway from 2 to 4-lanes between the new roadway alignment and Otterdale Road, improvements to the vertical alignment, improving the roadway shoulders and roadside ditches, drainage BMP facilities, and frontage improvements to the west of the new roadway alignment. A 16 water line is proposed along the new roadway alignment and widened section of Duval Road.
