Project: USCG BASE LALB VIDEO SYSTEM MODERNIZATION PROJECT Location: 1001 S. Seaside Ave. San Pedro, CA 90731 The United States Coast Guard Base Los Angeles Long Beach seeks a proposal, for an NDAA-compliant CCTV system to include annual service/maintenance. This system shall achieve 100% surveillance of the southern and western waterfront (out to 200 feet beyond the pier edge/ property line at 5M resolution) with all new equipment. Additionally, the system must incorporate the existing camera locations for internal surveillance. All equipment, cabling, programming, installation, testing, user training, and software for the Coast Guard to independently operate the system must be provided by the contractor. If existing cameras/ cabling/ equipment meets the standards outlined herein for locations that already have established CCTV infrastructure, then that equipment may be used as part of this solution.
