The City of Hyattsville, Maryland (hereinafter referred to as the "City") invites sealed responses to this Request for Proposal Solid Waste Study. The Department of Public Works aims to improve the efficiency of Municipal Solid Waste Collection and Management Services by conducting a comprehensive review of relevant waste systems and implementing target public outreach initiatives. The objective of this solicitation process is for the City to identify and select one (1) Contractors to perform a waste study with a public impact and outreach component as needed by the Department of Public Works. The waste study shall enhance the efficiency of municipal solid waste collection and management services within the City through the implementation of innovative strategies, advanced technologies, and community engagement. The selected Contractor shall furnish all personnel, with the correct qualifications, licenses, certifications, etc., as required, to complete the assigned task. Each Contractor shall be responsible for researching the existing conditions and matters that affect the cost or performance of the services.
