Asphalt Single Seal Coat in Darlington Township, Beaver County, PA. All proposals shall be submitted on forms furnished by the Municipality and delivered as specified in Instructions to Bidders. Bid and Performance Bonds with Certificate of Insurance shall be furnished as specified in Instructions to Bidders. The estimated cost for the Contract is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. Darlington Township reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the Township, and to reject any or all proposals.
