Mead Substation Roadway and Domestic Waterline Improvements This is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside Invitation for Bid (IFB) related to the Mead Substation Roadway and Domestic Waterline Improvements. The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237310 with a size standard of $45.0 million. This acquisition will be handled as an IFB prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Place of performance will be in Boulder City, Clark County, Nevada 89005. This project consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, and equipment necessary for: a. New Waterline Construction b.
