Offeror shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed medical supplies, medical equipment and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment (i.e. replacement parts), verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM, such that the OEM s warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM.A All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the medical supplies, medical equipment and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. We have three boilers number two is our backup. Right now, they have Hawk controls. The control system needs to be compatible with dual fuel (Natural Gas and #2 fuel) and needs to be compatible with the existing components. There is a main control panel but doesn't communicate with the boiler. Controls need to interconnect to the fuel system. Will not need monitoring. The boiler Model number is 4W1-200-600-200 This is a 460v 3-phase boiler. A. Lock out the electrical to the boiler. B. Remove the existing controls and wiring on the boiler. C. Reuse the existing stainless steel control cabinet and modify the opening for the screen opening as required. D. Replace the components in the boiler control panel with new Controls. E. Install the new sensors, probes, scanners, etc... on the boiler. F. Wire all the new items back to the control panel. G. Provide startup services on the new controls. H. Provide owner training on the new controls. I. Remove debris and trash and clean up the area. J. Contact POC for the final inspection. K. Contract performance period is 60 day
