Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Ringwood, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Painting the Exteriors of the Powers Walker House and Mconnell Farmstead House Document notes : Bidders must register with the project manager in order to download and/or print plans, specifications and submit a sealed bid. To register for the bid, Bidders must submit in writing their company name, address, city and zip, along with contact name, email and phone number to Perry Weborg, Project Manager, at pweborg@MCCDistrict.org or Larry Nichols, at lnichols@mccdistrict.org between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The successful Contractor will be required to furnish a Labor and Material Payment Bond upon award of the Contract in the penal sum of the full amount of the Contract Price as described in the Bid package. The Board of Trustees of the McHenry County Conservation District reserves the right to accept any part, or all of any quotes, and to reject any and all or parts of any and all proposals. Any proposal which contains items not specified or which does not complete all the items scheduled for quotation, shall be considered informal and shall/may be rejected on this basis.
