Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Des Plaines, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
HVAC Improvements at Glenview Transfer Station A Performance and Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract will be required. A Bid Security of 10% of the Bid is required with the proposal. The Contractor must pay the Prevailing Wage Rates for all work per Illinois Law. Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to the following: A. The Contractor is notified that Allowances are included in this project. See Specification Division 01 Section Allowances. B. Provide work as noted on the drawings and in the Project Manual. Work to be provided includes, but is not limited to, removal of the AHU duct furnaces, return fans, gas piping, power and associated components and installation of and RTUs. C. Interactive Project Closeout Documents will be required at the completion of this project. See Division 1 for details.
