Reference Number 0000351843 Job Location: 300 E 8th Street Greeley, Colorado United States 80631 The City of Greeley (City) invites the submittal of responses to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) from qualified contractors in providing landscape and irrigation system construction services as outlined herein. The selected contractor will be required to perform basic services described herein but are subject to further specification in a contract agreement which is to be negotiated after selection. The full extent of the proposed improvements will be constructed in two (2) phases. However, this contract shall only encompass work for Phase 1, which includes the northern most area of the facility campus directly off E 8th Street. The construction of the irrigation system in Phase 1 shall include provisions for ease of constructability during system expansions in Phase 2. The scope of services for this project shall include, but not limited to; procurement and installation of all specified landscape and irrigation materials in accordance with all Construction Plans and specifications; removal of existing irrigation system that conflicts with new to be installed irrigation, abandoning the remainder in place; coordination with City staff for tapping existing active waterlines for new irrigation system connections; coordination with City staff for directives on all instrumentation and control elements and startup operations; and restoration of all disturbed areas.
