Scope of work consists of ground up construction of a new 9,537 square foot single-story operations building in Floresville, Texas. Additional scope of work consists of, but not limited to, includes new asphalt driveways, parking lot, the addition of an emergency generator and miscellaneous site improvements. Project Description: The Project is briefly described as a total remodel of an existing 6,000 sf single-story pre-engineered metal building and ground-up construction of a new 9,537 sf single-story emergency operations building.
