The work includes the famishing of all labor, material and equipment necessary or required to complete all work set forth in these Specifications and shown on the Plans. The estimated item quantities are summarized as follows: Mobilization LS Test Pits, if and where directed 2 UN Maintenance and Protection of Traffic LS Bypass Pumping LS 8" SDR 35 PVC Sanitary Sewer Pipe 75 LF Concrete Cradles, if and where directed Concrete Encasement, if and where directed 2 UN 10 LF Trench Stabilization, if and where directed 75 LF Uniformed Police Traffic Directors AL Governmental Permit Fees AL Contract Closeout Documentation FP Bids must be made on the standard Proposal form in the manner designated therein and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside, addressed to the Old Bridge Municipal Utilities Authority, and must be accompanied by Certified Check, Bid Bond or Cashier's Check drawn to the order of the Old Bridge Municipal Utilities Authority for ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, provided said security need not be more than $20,000.00. All bid guarantees shall be accompanied by an executed consent from an approved surety company, licensed to conduct business in the State of New Jersey, agreeing to famish the required Performance and Maintenance Bond upon the award of contract.
