Renovation of a fire / police facility in Watertown, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The project site is located at 224 South Massey Street, 906 State Street, and 638 Mill Street, Watertown, New York and includes the removal and installation of selected Doors, Frames, Hardware, and Door Access Controls as indicated on the Drawings, and as further detailed in the Project Description of this bid The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of not less than 100% of the total amount of the accepted bid and in such form and having as surety thereon such surety company or companies as are approved by the City Council. Insurance carrier must have principal office in New York State or be authorized to do business in New York State. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of not less than five per centum (5%) of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided for in the Information for Bidders. The City Council reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline May 16, 2024 at 2:00 PM
