Reference number : 1844575 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-05-16 Roof Replacement at 1825, rue Semple, Québec (Québec) G1N 4B7 SQI is inviting tenders for roof replacement work, including, but not limited to, the complete replacement of the roof's waterproofing system, the patching of the acrylic cladding sections of the roof envelope walls and any other interventions for a complete work. The work required under this call for tenders must be completed in 16 weeks (including statutory holidays, construction holidays and the time required for the procurement of materials/equipment) from the date stipulated in the contract or upon receipt of written authorization from the Company. The time taken to complete the work will be divided into two periods. The first period will last 14 weeks and will start between August 5 and 16, 2024.
