All questions must be submitted by Responses will be provided no later than May 11th. Location: Seaholm High School 2436 W. Lincoln Birmingham, MI 48009 All prices shall be F.O.B. Destination (2436 W. Lincoln) and shall include all cost for the delivery and installation of Fitness Equipment specified herein. No other costs will be permitted. The vendor beyond those stated in the bid. Bidder must hold prices firm for sixty (60) days. Approximate completion date: Summer 2024. Supplier shall schedule work with the Director of Operations. Work in the building must be completed within 10 days from the project start date. The building is available from 8am to 5pm. If additional work is to be completed outside schedule times the contactor must notify in writing the Director of Operations. The owner, Birmingham Public Schools shall be provided with full manufacturer's warranty as a condition of the award. The warranty shall be stated on the bid form for each product specified. The successful bidder must provide the owner with any and all instructions, manuals, and directions for proper cleaning and maintenance of all items bid. All work (labor and materials) is to be warranted for one (1) year from the project completion date. Bidders must complete the required attached Familial Discloser Affidavit and Iran Linked Business Affidavit. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose proposal is within the competitive range and determined to be the most advantageous to the Birmingham Public Schools. Price, experience, references and other factors are considered. Birmingham Public Schools reserves the right to make awards within sixty (60) days after the date of the bid opening during which period bids may not be withdrawn.
