Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Villa Rica, Georgia. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of July 25, 2024 has been postponed until all easements for the project have been secured. The Major Items of Work Consist of: 1. Traffic Control 2. Grading Complete 3. Paving - Roadway Full Depth 2,100 SY 4. Concrete Sidewalk - 6,850 SF 5. Misc. Storm Piping - 1,250 LF 6. Manhole Structures - 560 VF 7. Erosion and Sediment Control BMPs 8. Misc. Thermoplastic Striping 9. ADA Curb Ramps - 10 ea. 10. Utility Re-locations 11. Permanent Grassing - ~30,000 SF Work is as specified in the Bid Documents and Construction Drawings and is to be done in accordance with current GDOT standards and specifications. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond prepared on an accepted form, duly executed by the bidder, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. The successful bidder for this contract will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond and labor and material payment bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. Owner has the right to add to and delete from the contract once it has been awarded. Award, if award is made, will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. No bid will be accepted from a bidder who has not purchased a set of bid documents from the above-mentioned office. No bid will be accepted from a bidder who does not meet the prequalification requirements outlined in paragraph B.01.
