For the project: Patterson Heights -Sanitary Sewer Lining. All work must be completed in 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, money order of bidder surety bond in the amount specified in instructions to bidders as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into, and its performance properly secured. The minimum wage rates for each craO or classification of all workmen needed to perform contract during the anticipated term hereof shall be governed by State Prevailing Wage Rates. The Borough reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the best interest of the Borough.
