The City of San Jose ("City") is soliciting bids from qualified vendors ("Bidder" or "Bidders") for the products and/or services specified herein. See all solicitation documents, attachments, and forms for further details. Question Deadline 05/13/2024 at 12:00 PM PT The City will issue a purchase order to the successful Bidder(s) for an initial one-year period. During the initial term, bid pricing must remain fixed. After the initial period, the City reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to exercise up to six additional one-year options to purchase the specified products (or their next generation equivalents) and/or services for a total of seven years. The City may consider price adjustment requests from the vendor(s) after the initial term if justified pursuant to an applicable industry index or living/prevailing wages if applicable to this solicitation. This solicitation package contains all of the information and documents necessary to prepare and submit a responsive bid. Vendors are cautioned to read all of the documentation provided and are responsible for complying with all requirements identified herein. The City, in its sole discretion, may reject any or all bids/responses received.
