The Township of Chatsworth is requesting tenders for: Supply, loading, mixing 3% salt (Township supplied) and stockpiling of Winter Sand at the Holland Yard located at 110 Glendale Airport Road and Supply, loading, mixing 3% (Township supplied) salt and stockpiling at the Sullivan Yard located at 136257 Grey Road 40, Desboro Each tender must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of 10% of the bid. A certified cheque or bank draft payable to the Township of Chatsworth will be the only form of bid deposit accepted. Tenders are subject to a formal contract being prepared and executed. Final quantities required may vary depending on budget approval. Contract award is subject to Township of Chatsworth approval and subject to budgetary constraints. The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted.
