Renovation of a multi-residential development in Huntsville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
As of July 16, 2024 this projecthas not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award was not yet been establsihed. This Invitation to Tender (the "ITT") is an invitation by the District Municipality of Muskoka (the "District") to prospective bidders to submit bids for the supply and delivery of the roofing of 2 Sabrina Park Drive Huntsville. The Muskoka Municipal Non-Profit Housing Corporation (MMNPHC) will enter into contract with the successful bidder. The District will be acting as the Property Manager for this project. Sabrina park Drive in Huntsville is a three-story residential building housing 43 separate units. The building has an asphalt shingle roof with ice and water shield underlayment. The shingles have reached end of cycle and need to be removed and replaced. The existing solar array (panels) will be removed prior to shingle installation by others outside the requirements of this contract.
