Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cabot, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of June 14, 2024 projecthas been awarded to Shields & Associates, Inc. with the awarded amount of $815,806.97. The project will consist of the following: 1. Sidewalks A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the City of Cabot, Arkansas, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value), or satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total of bid shall be submitted with each bid. The City of Cabot reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in bidding to the extent allowed by law. Bids may be held by the City of Cabot for a period not to exceed sixty(60) days following opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding of the contract.
