Award amount is $904,298.09** The work of this Contract for Proposal A includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Milling/Overlay of portions of Stueben Avenue, Continental Street and Carr Street. Including approximately 41,806 SY milling, variable depth; approximately 4,008 tons hot mix asphalt surface course; reconstruction of two (2) concrete handicap ramps; traffic striping; and all other work necessary and incidental thereto. The work of this Contract for Proposal B includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Milling/Overlay and Reconstruction of portions Brandywine Avenue, including approximately 5,701 SY milling, variable depth; approximately 578 tons hot mix asphalt surface course; traffic striping; and all other work necessary and incidental thereto. The work of this Contract for Proposal C includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Milling/Overlay and Reconstruction of Tarrytown Drive, Sentinel Drive, Stuyvesant Street, Holland Avenue, and Cranberry Court, including approximately 9,729 SY milling, variable depth; approximately 985 tons hot mix asphalt surface course; approximately 7 tons of hot mix asphalt base course; traffic striping; and all other work necessary and incidental thereto. The printing costs not refundable. Each Bid must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the full amount of each Contract Bid, not to exceed $20,000. Surety shall be made payable to: Lacey Township and shall be without condition or qualification. All questions shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer and shall be postmarked at least ten (10) days before the established date for Bid opening Lacey township reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all Bids, if it is in the public interest to do so.
