Cold planning, trucking of millings and traffic control will be a part of this contract. Work areas include Main St, Hawthorne St, St Ninian's Street, St Marys, Elm, Creighton Lane. Brookland, Maple, College, Greening Dr., Arbor Dr, Fairview, College, West St, James, Pleasant, St Andrews, Church, Highland Dr, Braemore Ave and various parking lots.
