Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This scope of work includes all: finish grading, backfill and compaction, asphalt paving, line painting and colouring, concrete foundations, and landscaping to reconstruct the tennis courts without damaging the existing fence. Access shall be from King rd. to park parking lot and trail to tennis courts. All disturbed areas must be repaired and cleaned to original condition as shown on the drawings and as articulated in the specifications. Questions & Clarifications: Any clarification required by a proponent must be requested in writing to the responsible Buyer indicated in the Solicitation. Such requests must be provided in due time before the closing date in order to allow proper consideration and a reply. The response to a request for clarifications submitted by any Proponent will be posted on the Nova Scotia Government Website as an Addendum. Direct any questions or clarification on Fire Safety in addition to above requirements to Fire Chief.
