Site work and paving for a civil project in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The Project consists of the following: o Milling of roads; o Select base repair and unclassified excavation; o Installation of a scratch and leveling course; o Placement of new wearing course; o Replacement of storm water pipes; and o Replacement of concrete gutter curbs. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Westtown Township, Owner, hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received.
