Site work and paving for a road / highway in Tomah, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Contract consists of these units: Base Bid: Asphalt Pavement (330 tons) and 6-inch Concrete (285 square feet). Alternate Bid No. 1: Asphalt Pavement (400 tons), 24-inch Curb & Gutter (220 lineal feet), Water Service (5 each), and 1" Copper Water Laterals (100 lineal feet). Bidders must be pre-qualified with the City of Tomah within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in site and pipeline construction. The City of Tomah reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid. Question Deadline 05/17/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
