Based on the prices submitted, the Municipality of Sainte-Monique will be able to confirm the feasibility of the optional work. The planned work must include, but is not limited to: Replacement of the drinking water network with a diameter of 150 mm. Extension of the drinking water network with a diameter of 150 mm, on Rue Goulet to complete the network. Replacement of the existing 250 mm diameter combined network. Installation of surface water management infrastructure, such as sumps and infiltration chambers, including the connection of overflows to the sanitary network, and surface ditches. Replacement of the 8-metre wide pavement infrastructure, including the pavement drain. Any work shown in the plans and specifications, as well as the related work necessary to achieve the objectives. The Contractor must have taken note of the conditions of the site, expected traffic, proximity to residences and consider the associated costs in the organization of the site. He will have to consider in his site organization, all repair and management costs allowing a compliant commissioning. The Contractor must submit the total price for the two (2) phases of work. In the event that there is insufficient funding available, Phase 1 will be awarded exclusively, based on the prices in Schedule 1.
