Site work for a mixed-use development in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a fitness / recreation center; and playground / park / athletic field.
Replace some of the existing irrigation system at The Northwest Rec Center and adjacent Constitution Park. It will also include a landscape removal and new landscape installation as well as a turf renovation. The Contractor will have 150 calendar days to complete the project. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Install improvements as indicated in the construction documents including; site landscape demolition, irrigation system renovation and landscape improvements. Follow specified maintenance practices during establishment period. Preinstallation Conference will confirm project schedule and working requirements
