Site work for a mixed-use development in Newark, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course; and water / sewer project.
DESCRIPTION. Under this Item, the Contractor shall perform all operations necessary for installing drainage pipe for the parks/golf courses with both perforated and non-perforated drainpipe as indicated by Parks Superintendent or Director of Golf Course Operations. Note all drainage pipe is-to be smooth wall interior. All catch basins will be made by the Contractor using smooth wall interior pipe. Sand-Master by Redexim Slit sand grid drain or approved equal General Information Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 05/07/2024 for Bid # 24-104: To Provide Golf Course Drainage All questions must be submitted in writing, to the Office of Purchasing via fax to 973-621-5109, no later than end of business, eight (8) business days prior to the deadline for submission of bids.
