Renovation of a civil project in Rockport, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Project Description The project consists of the following: 1. Site piping modifications and improvements 2. Removal/Replacement of existing Aeralator Treatment Unit No. 1 3. Removal/Replacement of existing high service pumps and piping for Aeralator Treatment Unit No. 1 4. Renovation of existing Aeralator Treatment Unit No. 2 5. Renovation of existing high service pumps and piping for Aeralator Treatment Unit No. 2 6. Backwash holding tank improvements 7. New bathroom addition 8. Chemical Feed System Improvements 9. Electrical and HVAC Improvements 10. Instrumentation and Control Improvements The Project consists of constructing Water System Improvements, Division I - Distribution System Replacements and Reinforcements Division II - Water Treatment Plant Improvements, Division III - Removal of Existing 50,000 Gallon Elevated Tank and Replacement With New 200,000 Gallon Elevated Tank. Question Deadline 05/23/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
